FutureFoundry
One policy, covering every game we publish. What we collect, why, and what you can do about it.
Applications covered by this policy
FutureFoundry publishes mobile games. Our games are built on the same set of services, so rather than keep a separate policy per title - which is how policies drift out of date - this one policy applies to all of them. New titles are added to the list above when they ship.
We have written this against what our games actually do, not against a template. That is why the list below is short and specific.
Our games do not request access to your precise GPS location, contacts, photos, camera, or microphone. Advertising and analytics services can infer an approximate location from your IP address.
The game and its service providers process the following categories of information.
The game records events about how it is played - a level started or completed, a reward claimed, a shop screen opened - together with the standard technical information a mobile analytics service receives: an app instance identifier, device model, operating system version, language, and country.
This is used to understand which parts of a game people reach and where they stop, and to compare variants of a feature. It is not used to identify you personally.
Google Mobile Ads also processes IP addresses, app interactions, diagnostic information and device or account identifiers to deliver and measure ads and help prevent fraud.
Our games show ads. To do that, Google's advertising service receives your device's advertising identifier - a resettable ID that belongs to the device, not to you - along with information about which ads were shown, viewed, or clicked.
You can reset this identifier or opt out of personalised advertising at any time in your device settings, under Settings → Google → Ads on Android.
Unity In-App Purchasing connects the game to the store and processes product, receipt and transaction information. The game stores your progress and unlocked purchases locally on your device.
Unity In-App Purchasing also processes installation and player identifiers, purchase and session events, approximate location derived from the network connection, and crash, diagnostic and performance information for store functionality and analytics. The game does not create a player account or ask for your email address to make a Google Play purchase.
If you buy something in a game, the transaction is handled by Google Play. We receive confirmation of the purchase and the product bought. We never receive your card number or payment details - those stay with Google.
When a purchase fails validation, the game records a device identifier alongside the failed transaction. This exists solely to investigate fraudulent purchases and is not used for anything else.
Firebase Crashlytics processes crash logs, stack traces, installation identifiers and device information to help diagnose failures. If you email us, we receive your email address and the information you include so we can answer your request. Please do not send passwords or payment-card details.
We use the following service providers. Their policies explain how they handle information for their respective services.
| Service | Purpose | Policy |
|---|---|---|
| Firebase Crashlytics | Crash reporting and diagnostics | Firebase privacy information |
| Unity In-App Purchasing | Store integration, purchases, purchase/session analytics and diagnostics | Unity privacy policy |
| Google Firebase Analytics | Gameplay and usage events | firebase.google.com/support/privacy |
| Google Firebase Remote Config | Delivering settings and feature variants to the game | firebase.google.com/support/privacy |
| Google AdMob | Serving and measuring advertising | policies.google.com/technologies/ads |
| Google Play Billing | Processing in-app purchases | policies.google.com/privacy |
The game may request the current time from a public time service. As with other network requests, the service receives the connecting IP address.
Our games are not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, contact us and we will delete it.
Local progress remains on your device until you clear the game's data. Service providers retain analytics, advertising and diagnostic records according to their service settings and retention policies. We keep support correspondence as needed to resolve requests, and purchase records as required for accounting, fraud prevention and legal obligations.
These services operate globally, so your data may be processed on servers outside your country, including in the United States. The providers listed above maintain their own safeguards for such transfers.
If this policy changes, the revised version will be posted at this address with a new effective date. Because one policy covers every title, a change here applies to all of them. Material changes will also be announced in the games before they take effect.
